Recommended Pairing

Use PE0.8–1.5 for light and medium lure setups, PE2–3 for stronger inshore casting or jigging, and PE4–6 only with reels, rods and terminal systems suited to higher drag and heavier loads.

Add a mono or fluorocarbon leader for shock, abrasion or lower visibility. Spool the full 300m only where reel capacity permits; otherwise plan backing so the working section reaches the correct spool level.

Spool PE braid under firm, even tension. Use a braid-compatible leader knot, tighten it progressively and test the complete connection before fishing. Select line class around reel capacity, lure or sinker load, working drag, leader and cover.
