DUEL - SILVER POP 75mm 10G FLOATING POPPER FISHING LURES
Duel Silver Pop 75mm 10g F941 Floating Popper Fishing Lures
The Duel Silver Pop 75 (F941) is a floating surface popper built to deliver maximum surface attraction for predatory fish. Its concave cup face and hydrodynamic mouth cavity generate sharp pops, splashes and bubble trails that carry the distress signature of an injured baitfish across open water. The lure's neutral floating posture keeps it sitting level between inputs rather than nose-down, so it stays in the strike zone through a pause and comes back into action instantly on the next twitch. Premium hardware — two treble hooks with a feathered trailer on the rear — gives it the holding power needed in demanding saltwater environments. At 75mm and 10g it is an easy lure to cast on standard inshore spinning tackle and a sensible entry point into topwater fishing.
Model & Size: F941 / 75mm - 10g. Type: Floating topwater popper.
Key Features
- Floating topwater popper, 75mm and 10g
- Concave cup face and mouth cavity for a loud pop and a heavy bubble trail
- Neutral floating posture — sits level on the surface between inputs
- Durable hard body built for saltwater use
- Two treble hooks, #6, with a feathered trailer on the rear hook
- Feather dressing keeps working on the pause and adds a target for short strikes
- Four colour patterns covering bright, natural and metallic finishes
How To Fish It
- Pop and pause — Sharp downward rod-tip pulls with slack line, one pop at a time, then a pause of two to three seconds. Let the bubble trail clear before the next input.
- Continuous chugging — String three or four pops together with no pause to call fish from distance in choppy water or over deeper reef.
- Walk the dog — Short rhythmic twitches on a semi-slack line make the head swing side to side, which often out-fishes a loud pop when the water is flat calm.
- Fish the tide edges — Work colour changes, current lines and the shallow side of a reef in the first and last two hours of light.
Target Species By Region
- Southeast Asia — Queenfish, small giant trevally, barramundi (siakap) and mangrove jack around river mouths, rock walls and shallow reef edges; toman (giant snakehead) in reservoirs at first light.
- North America — Largemouth and smallmouth bass on shallow cover, striped bass and bluefish in the surf and inlets, plus inshore snook and speckled trout.
- Japan & East Asia — Seabass (suzuki) on the surface at dawn, and small trevally, mackerel and tuna on light shore casting (raito shoa purakkingu) from breakwaters.
- Australia, Middle East & Europe — Australian salmon, tailor and estuary barramundi; bass and pollack over European rock marks; queenfish and small trevally on Gulf flats.
