LURESFACTORY - NANO JUMP FROG HARD RESIN 3cm 6g JUMP FROG TOP WATER
Luresfactory Nano Jump Frog Hard Resin 3cm 6g Top Water
The Nano Jump Frog is a 3cm, 6g hard resin topwater frog designed to jump and pop across the surface rather than swim through it. Because the body is hard, it does not fold when a fish bites the way a soft frog does, so the hook stays where it was set and the lure keeps its shape and rattle after repeated fish — but it also means the strike has to be met properly rather than mashed. At 6g in a 3cm body it is dense for its size and casts a long way into wind. A fine silicone skirt trails behind it, helping it slip through furrowed cover and acting as a deflector when it bounces off timber and reeds.

How To Fish It
- Jump-and-pop cadence — Short, downward rod-tip strokes make it hop and spit. Two or three taps, then a pause of two or three seconds; the pause is where most fish commit.
- Walk-the-dog frog steps — Keep the rod tip low with slight slack and twitch evenly so the frog swings side to side along weed lanes and reed walls.
- Point-hopping over floating weed — On duckweed and salvinia, sharp light taps skip the frog across the mat from one open pocket to the next; stop it dead in every hole.
- Pause a beat before setting — A hard body cannot compress, so hitting the splash pulls the lure away from the fish. Keep winding, wait until the rod loads, then sweep sideways.
- Deflect off cover — Bump it deliberately into standing reeds, stumps and timber. The change of direction after contact triggers following fish.
Target Species By Region
- Southeast Asia — Striped snakehead (haruan) in paddy drains and irrigation canals, giant snakehead (toman) around weed edges and drowned timber, peacock bass in lily pockets, hampala barb (sebarau) on weed lines.
- North America — Largemouth bass frog fishing on pads and duckweed, plus chain pickerel and bowfin in backwaters where a small popping profile suits pressured fish.
- Japan & East Asia — Snakehead (raigyo) on matted cover, catfish (namazu) at dusk in canals and paddy channels, and bass over shallow weed.
- Australia, Middle East & Europe — Saratoga in lily-covered billabongs and juvenile barramundi (siakap) in creek arms; perch and pike over weed in European lakes and canals.
