The Bufo Tiny Frox is a small frog-style surface lure built for close-quarters work — weed openings, grass edges, lily pads, overhanging branches and the narrow water where a long cast is useless and an accurate one is everything. At 4cm it presents a genuinely small prey profile, which matters on pressured ponds and canals where fish have been shown full-size frogs all season, and 7.5g is still enough to load a rod and place a cast where you are aiming. A metal spinner blade is mounted in front of the body on a rolling swivel, so it turns freely as the lure is drawn and adds reflective flash, vibration and water movement. That extra attraction is what keeps a lure this small findable in stained water, low light and among vegetation, where a quiet 4cm body would simply be missed. A flexible silicone skirt spreads and pulses behind the frog-shaped body, and keeps moving through speed changes and short pauses. A rear double hook sits close against the body, giving less hook exposure than a conventional treble around light grass and weed, though no lure is completely snag-free. How To Fish It

• Steady retrieve to spin the blade — Wind at a constant medium-slow speed. The blade needs forward motion to turn, and this is the retrieve that gives continuous flash and vibration for searching a stretch of bank.
• Stop and go — Wind, stop for a second or two, wind again. The blade stalls and then flares back to life on the first turn, and that restart triggers following fish.
• Accurate short casts — Its strength is placement, not distance. Aim at the gap in the pads, the shaded pocket under a bush, the corner where a drain meets a canal, and start the retrieve immediately.
• Twitch along the edge — Short rod-tip twitches give an irregular frog-like scramble. Cast parallel to a grass line and keep the lure within a rod length of it for the whole retrieve.
• Pause before setting — Striking at the splash pulls a hard body clear. Wind through the blow-up, wait for the rod to load with the fish, then sweep sideways.
