A rigged assist hook is a hook, a length of cord and a solid ring, and loose in a tackle box it will find every other assist in there. The Hearty Rise HB-2704 holder is a compact slotted board that stops that happening. Each board carries five individual channels, so five complete assist sets sit parallel and separated: hooks at one end, cords down the slots, solid rings clear at the other. Included steel-wire hangers secure the hook section at the end of each channel, holding the point away from the board and its neighbours. Because the channels take cords of different lengths, one board holds short single assists and longer twin assists side by side. Supplied as three holders in blue, red and black.
