The 3DS Vibe is a compact lipless sinking vibration bait built for covering water fast and for working straight up and down. At 60mm and 14g it is dense for its size, so it casts a long way on light tackle and sinks quickly to reach fish holding below the surface layer. Face-forward weighting keeps the head down on the drop, so the lure swims downward rather than falling flat and dead. With no diving lip, working depth is set entirely by how long you let it sink and how fast you wind.

How To Fish It

• Cast and count down — Fan cast, count the lure down to the depth you want, then wind steadily. Add one second to the count each cast until you find the layer holding fish, then repeat that count.
• Lift and drop on the bottom — Let it hit bottom, lift the rod sharply to about 11 o'clock so the body buzzes, then lower the tip and follow it down on a controlled line. Most bites come on the fall.
• Vertical jigging — Straight under a jetty, bridge pylon or boat, drop to depth and work short 30–50cm lifts with a pause at the top. Effective on cold, slow days when fish will not chase.
• Burn and kill — Wind fast for five or six turns then stop dead and let it drop. The sudden change from full vibration to a silent fall triggers following fish.

• Southeast Asia — Hampala barb (sebarau) and giant snakehead (toman) in reservoirs, barramundi (siakap) and mangrove jack around jetty pilings and drains, plus small trevally and queenfish off rock walls.
• North America — Largemouth and smallmouth bass, white bass, walleye, crappie and perch, including hard-water vertical fishing, and inshore speckled trout and redfish.
• Japan & East Asia — Japanese seabass (suzuki) in harbours and river mouths, flathead (kochi) and small hirame off sand, and bass in Japanese reservoirs.
• Australia, Middle East & Europe — Flathead, bream and Australian bass in estuaries; perch, zander, pike and chub in European lakes, rivers and canals; small queenfish and grouper on Gulf flats.

• Spinning or casting rod rated roughly 7–21g, 6'6"–7'6", with a tip soft enough to load on the lift
