Bossna Mass Attack Deep Crank / Minnow 6g / 12g / 13g / 23g Floating Hardbody Lure
Mass Attack is a floating hardbody range sold here in two distinct body shapes: a short, high-volume Deep Crank with a long diving lip, and a slimmer Minnow with a tighter, faster action. Both are crafted with a stable balancing body that produces a natural wobbling and rolling motion when diving, and both carry flashy eyes and a scaled baitfish finish. They are equipped with VMC ultra-sharp hooks for rapid penetration on tough-lipped predators. Choose the Deep Crank to grind a depth band and bump structure; choose the Minnow to search shallow water and fish a twitch-and-pause cadence.
Key Features
- Two body types: Deep Crank (6 cm / 12 g, 7.5 cm / 23 g) and Minnow (7 cm / 6 g, 9 cm / 13 g)
- Floating design, so the lure backs out of snags on a pause
- Stable balanced body giving a wobbling and rolling action under load
- Scaled baitfish finish with flashy eyes; VMC ultra-sharp hooks fitted as standard
- Five colour patterns per model, from 6 g light spinning up to 23 g for long casts
How To Fish It
- Deep Crank, steady grind — Cast past the target, wind steadily to drive the lure to its running depth and keep it there through the strike zone. Deflecting off timber or rock often triggers the bite.
- Deep Crank, stop and float — When the lip contacts structure, stop winding and let the lure float up and over, then resume. This clears snags and draws strikes.
- Minnow, twitch and pause — Two or three sharp rod-tip twitches, then a one to two second pause. Pressured fish usually take it on the pause.
- Minnow in current or under lights — Cast up-current at a river mouth and wind just fast enough to feel the lure swing across the seam, or work the 6 g slowly along the dark edge of a jetty light line.
Target Species By Region
- Southeast Asia — Hampala barb (sebarau), giant snakehead (toman) and peacock bass in reservoirs on the Deep Crank; barramundi (siakap) and mangrove jack around jetties and mangrove edges on the Minnow.
- North America — Largemouth and smallmouth bass, walleye and pike on the Deep Crank over rock and timber; the Minnow covers inshore speckled trout and redfish.
- Japan & East Asia — Sea bass (suzuki) on the Minnow around harbour lights and river mouths; largemouth bass on the Deep Crank in reservoirs.
- Australia, Middle East & Europe — Australian bass, barramundi and bream in estuaries and impoundments; perch, zander and pike in European lakes and canals; small grouper and queenfish along Gulf harbour walls.
